GotNitrOOnline imports its Cars, Buggies and Motorcycle's directly from the manufacturer. Typically, most internet shops and hobby shops must purchase their products from a hobby Distributor who purchases from the manufacturer. We simply cut out the middle man! We also do not maintain an expensive retail outlet so we can pass these savings to you.

 

Credit Card Processing

All online credit card processing are handled with the Industry standard SSL encryption. Your credit card information is scrambled when it leaves your computer then unscrambled when it is received.

 

Shipping

All orders shipped are sent insured for the value of the contents of the package. No packages will be shipped outside North America, Hawaii or Alaska unless the address is a APO/FPO and will be only sent via US Postal Service. We will ship NUOVA FAOR Model Racing Parts Internationally except there is a minimum purchase required of $100.00 USD.

 

Return Policy

Returns not covered under our guarantee policy will be only accepted for a period of 10 days after you receive the product. KITS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IF RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPED CONDITION. ALL returns must be in the original packaging, in original condition and returned in the original shipped packaging or one of comparable quality. All returns must be sent insured for the value of the original sale amount and NO C.O.D.'s will be accepted. Due to our low prices, we will charge a 10% re-stocking fee on all items we accept for return.

 

Defective Parts/Product

All our products are of superior quality and undergo severe quality control. However, we do understand that there is a part or product which is defective periodically. We will be happy to replace any kit part that is defective from the manufacturer. After the 10 day product return period, we will consider the product under warranty and must be returned following the manufacturer's warranty instructions for the product. Any additional policy not covered here will be resolved at the discretion of Internet-RC.
